The actress also shared how her son Yug and nephew Aaman Devgan served the ‘bhog’ at the venue.
Taking to her Instagram, the actress posted several pictures from the event in which she can be seen soaking in the festive colours.
Kajol wrote in the caption: “Third day. Shubho Navami. And it was an amazing day. My son served at the bhog and understood why I do it every year… a newbie @aamandevgan served and felt the power of the puja. So many people that I love were there and so many happy feelings all over.”
The actress further mentioned: “The pujo has ended for everyone else but we still have just our thing so that feels a little better… there is a feeling of sadness mixed with elation that it was a successful year and now it’s at an end (sic).”
For the occasion, the actress chose a Punit Balana saree.
The saree is priced at Rs 52,500 according to the designer’s official website.
Kajol paired it with a short-sleeved blouse, and accessorised the look with a stack of red bangles, a red bindi, and a pair of gold jhumka earrings. She tied her tresses in a sleek bun and adorned with a gajra.
